This is your chance to find a career you LOVE while you learn, grow, and challenge yourself. At our studio, we believe finding a purpose and helping others will allow you to discover true happiness. In this training, you are encouraged to move outside of your comfort zone to make personal growth, improve your practice, and your knowledge of yoga.
Our in person curriculum and schedule will prepare you for a teaching internship focused on Original 26 & 2 Hot Yoga as soon as you graduate from the program.
Certification: After successful completion of the program, you will be eligible to earn your Internship teaching certificate with the Original Hot Yoga Association and be prepared to teach in affiliated studios world-wide. Mentorship program is available upon graduation for those who qualify.
Pre-training preparation -1 month prior to program start, begin Dialogue & Anatomy Study, and track Yoga Class Practice Hours.
Weeks 1-4 Posture Clinics, Lectures, and Anatomy.
Sample Schedule :
Mon-Fri: 12-4 Posture Clinic, Lecture or Teaching Practice.
9 am OR 4:30pm Yoga Class.
Sat-Sun: 8am Yoga Class & independent study.
Week 5-6 Practicum, Practice Teaching, and Professional Development.

Training Curriculum and Training Topics
Yoga Techniques & Yoga Practice: Hands-on learning of the Original Hot Yoga Series from experienced, certified teachers with analysis, corrections, adjustments, and appropriate modifications.
Methodology, Posture Lab, & Teaching Skills: Learn and study topics that include understanding and interpreting posture mechanics and dialogue, connecting with diverse student populations, commanding language, and receiving feedback.
Yoga Anatomy: Anatomy topics cover basic principles of the body as they relate to performing asana. Apply anatomy lessons to postures in class settings.
Professional Development and Practicum: Apply your learning and understanding of dialogue, posture delivery, voice dynamics in a real class setting, and practice classes.
Learn to Lead and begin your teaching Internship journey with the Original Hot Yoga Association. **Internship positions are based on graduation, assessment of knowledge, and growth potential.
