The Original Hot Yoga (Bikram Method) beginning yoga class is 26 Postures and 2 breathing exercises over 90 minutes in a heated room. This is the ideal class for any level and is the best class to start with if you are brand new or a beginner.
In addition to Original Hot 90 (the Original Bikram Hot Yoga Method Class), we also offer a shorter Original Hot 60 minute class, same postures in a shorter format, and Original Hot Express, same postures in a shorter format with the teacher leading alongside the class.
Original Hot Yoga is perfect for first-time students, experienced yogis, and beginners. Geared to all levels!
Choose from these 3 Original Hot Formats
Bikram - the Original Hot Yoga 90 minutes
Original Hot 60 minutes (same postures and sequence, shorter class time)
Original Hot Express (teacher leads alongside, less spoken instruction, 60 minutes)
Hot 26 Plus is an amazing yoga class created around the Original Hot 26 Yoga Postures. This "plus" class is designed with the 1st set Original Beginner Posture and an optional 2nd set variation. Shorter 60 minute Hot 26 Plus express Classes offer variations and sequences of postures strung together.
The class is for ALL LEVELS and a fun way to try some new moves in the framework of a familiar series.
Original Hot Sculpt is a low-impact movement class that combines functionality with high volume repetition and weight bearing exercises to work your muscles. The class uses high-intensity interval training, Pilates-principles, barre-style moves, and dynamic stretching to achieve maximum physical benefits.
Choose from two class formats:
Original Hot Yoga Sculpt (Level 1)
Original Hot Sculpt with weights (uses hand weights, ankle weights, and body bar).
This challenging class is fun, energetic, and suitable for all levels.
Strength & Stretch is a combination Hot Yoga class along with hot mobility moves similar to Pilates. Start with 30-40 minutes of dynamic Pilates-Style moves using weights or blocks to strengthen muscles and build stability. Follow with a sequence of familiar Hot Yoga poses and stretching for flexibility and overall wellbeing.
This class is geared to all levels and all abilities and is our most physically challenging class. Practice over 75-90 minutes in a heated room - great overall workout to reap powerful results.

Strength & Stretch, using yoga blocks and resistance bands
Hot Barre is 45 minutes of energetic fun. This beginner-friendly sweat session blends small, controlled movements with strength and mobility for a total-body, balanced challenge. Class is performed in a heated room and suitable for anyone looking for a fun, low impact workout.
Bring a Body Bar (optional) for stability and we provide the light hand weights or bring your own.
Hot 45 + and Hot 26+ Dynamic series aim to up-level your yoga practice. These are Intermediate Classes which introduce new and advanced postures to students who have a foundation in Original Hot Yoga. The focus of this class is to improve hip mobility, spine flexibility, and introduce arm balancing poses.
The class is designed for students looking to increase their mobility, flexibility, and balance. A select number of postures from the Advanced 84 are practiced in a heated room including the Original Hot 26 postures plus more. Students may bring a strap or blocks to assist.
*Recommended for experienced students with a regular Hot Yoga practice.
