All yoga classes are hot (105) except Workshops, and specialty pop-ups as noted on the schedule. Hot Sculpt and Flow classes may be less hot (90-100).

Yes! Beginners are encouraged to come to any class on the schedule! No prior experience is needed and you don’t need to be flexible or in shape. Show up, breathe, and do what you can. The best class to start with is Original Hot Yoga 90 (or 60 min/ Express).

It takes about 5-10 classes to get acclimated and a month or so to begin to see results, so yes you can purchase a single class to “try”, however we truly recommend the intro Pass to experience all we have to offer and start to feel the results.

We have an Intro Pass to try out all we have to offer (Intro pass is for OC residents with valid ID on the first class). Plus, all of our memberships and class packs after that have no commitment required and are perfect to sample all of our offerings. Choose the best option for your schedule, you can always upgrade or make changes to your pass. You will experience the benefits of a regular yoga practice after practicing for a few weeks to a month.

We recommend you create your account and sign the waiver before arriving for class. Once you purchase a pass, reserve your spot prior to arrival. Walk-ins are welcome once you have an account, but reservations are highly recommended to ensure your spot. Text us (714) 406-4353 if you have questions.

Class registration opens 7 days before and close 5 minutes before class. There is a 1 hour cancelation window for pre-booked classes you will not attend, cancel out of the class to avoid no show or late cancel fee of $20 for full classes or repeat no shows.

Class starts on time and late arrivals are not permitted. First-time students, arrive 5-10 minutes before start time and plan to stay for the entire class.

Yes! There is ample free parking in the Beach Promenade shopping center where we are located.

We do have changing rooms and showers, please bring your own towels if you choose to take a quick rinse.

Cancel any pre-booked classes at least 1 hour before if you are unable to attend by using the WALLA app or the schedule on our website to avoid forfeiting your class. Please be proactive with your own scheduling and plan to arrive on time.

You are encouraged to bring your own towel and mat for cleanliness purposes or we have mats and towels for you to purchase. Mat/towel combo are available for rental $10 with the Visitor Week, Single Class or Visitor Pass for out-of-town students and we clean these thoroughly between uses.

We open 15 minutes before class. We use the time before class to clean and disinfect all areas and prepare for the next class. We open the doors 15 minutes prior to start time so we can get the room ready for you 😀 and efficiently check in the next class.

We care about the health of our students. If you are feeling unwell or have a cough, sniffles, or runny nose, please do not attend class until you are feeling better.

To prevent the spread of germs, please wash your hands before touching common and please do not bring tissues into the yoga room, if you have a cold, please refrain from attending class until you are healthy.

We welcome OUT OF TOWN VISITORS! You have the following option

1) Single Class $35

2) 7 Visitor Day Pass $89 (inlucdes mat/towel combo)

3) Visitor 30 Day Pass $199.

Mat/Towels combo rentals $10 are available for most passes and ar includes in the Visitor Week Pass only.
