What is Bikram Yoga?


New students:  You can come to any class! Arrive 15 minutes before class time.  We offer one class, Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises designed to stretch and strengthen the body. The postures are practiced over 90 minutes in a heated room (105 degrees, 40% humidity).

Introductory Special:
We recommend New Students take advantage of our New Student Special
One Month of Unlimited Yoga for $49.  

This will give students a chance to experience several classes and get to know our teachers and series.  Note:  Class reservations are not required. Simply come to any class on time. You MUST arrive 15 MINUTES BEFORE class time. Bring a mat, towel, and plain water (we rent mats and towels, and sell water at the studio) and bring your I.D. Read more on our NEW STUDENTS page.

Community Class $10
Offered 3 Times Per week:
Monday 8:30PM
Wednesday 4:30PM
Friday 6:30PM
This is the exact same 90 minute Bikram Class at just $10 for a drop-in rate!

4th of July with Craig Villani
Sat,  July 4th will will have an 8am class only. This class is a benefit for www.uprisingyoga.org.  
Suggested donation $20, register early!

The rest of the week is a regular schedule. Friday, July 3rd, 6:30 pm class is canceled and the 4:30 pm class will be $10 Community Class.
